Send SMS Module on Existing Site

Hi Coders I need a attractive presentation using jquery to send free sms limit up to 50 sms for every account in a month. completely ajax based system. i will not change design of my site anyhow so you have to integrate all things perfectly in existing design. If you can create a image mock up about all functionality it would be help to choose coder soon. What I need for [login to view URL] : 1. Place a rectangular box just before googleads showing on top of home page like 700 * 40 or 700 *60. 2. Give a option to send sms . login information box or registration box. for registration just ask email address , mobile # and password. 3. Send a sms to registered mobile # and ask for verification code, this should be ajax system. 4. if verfication, show him option to write receiver mobile # and send write message (only 140 words.) 5. click on send button, hide that box and ask if next sms or log out. 6. So Plz Create mockup how you will represent things and which sms service you will suggest to me for use. this would be great helpful to choose bidder. 7. In Developing time, i can purchase test cards from sms service providers. That's it i want exactly. Basically i want user can send sms within few minutes without waiting loading of pages.
