Scrapper needed to collect data just once

We are looking for some programmer who can code a scrapper to get data from several sites. The aim is to get lawyers data from other sites to insert in our own database (needed in csv or xls format). This scrapper will run just once, so we have no inconvenience in using some wiki like [login to view URL], the important is data. A sample of data to be taken can be seen from [login to view URL] Information requested is on every link. Bids will be considered as one for site, as we need to take data from more than 30 sites like this.
