Rss submitter for Joomla 1,5

I would like to have a model for Joomla that will take ALL the rss feeds on the site/rss i choose that put there and submit them to the biggest rss sites. There should be an option of adding rss sites (If neccesery then with user name and password fields) There should be an option of schedueling the submitions(per hours) or send now.
