Registration and client portal application

Looking to have a software application that can be integrated with my WordPress website (calendar widget, registration link, that sort of thing) and hosted on my current ISP. The software is basically an online registration/store and client portal application that allows me to setup different administrators and restrict them to their clients' information. there is a similar product (appears to be aspx) available online (will provide details to the successful bidder) but it does not meet all of my needs so am pursuing development of this application to meet my business' needs. I have drafted a more precise list of needs but will try to highlight the basics here. Allow clients to register for classes, events and/or private training online and complete necessary waiver, consent and additional forms which pre-fills their profile for viewing; purchase tickets for events and retail products online and pay via eTransfer, cheque, cash, PayPal (nice to have option to integrate with Authorize .NET to allow credit card payment). Provide a Client Portal where clients can login and update their information, register for classes, events, track their purchases, etc. Clients access documentation related to classes or events they register for until expiry of access to said documents. Functionality for application admin includes calender of all scheduled events, client lists and profiles, dog lists and profiles; ability to create classes, events, etc as well as a variety of forms (waiver, parQ, photo consent, etc) and associate given forms to appropriate services offered and have auto annual renewal for active clients. Auto highlighted of health concerns, aggression issues in dogs based upon responses to attached forms to classes. Default views of data with ability to change view based on data fields in forms and registrations. Auto fill fields based on start date/completion date of classes or responses on a form - for example if form indicates dog has shown aggressive behaviour, then on dog's profile "aggression" alert would auto fill and dog would be highlighted in any lists, searches done. ability to view details on all classes being offered by class, location, instructor, etc to view participants, payments, confirmations, etc. Ability to set class/event size limits with an auto wait list or option to a second class (when available) offered when the publicized class/event is filled. Reporting in all aspects of the application and export to csv format. I would also like to have the ability to create and maintain email list and create/send regular newsletter from this application rather than having to maintain in a separate application (currently using Mailchimp) -- looking for basic newsletter functionality that meets the basic requirements of Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL) - consent on subscription; auto-unsubscribe in all newsletters along with contact details. Ability to setup class/event specific blogs for clients to post content to (including photos). At point of registration or purchase allow client to join a loyalty program based on clients' registrations/purchases. option in client profile to discontinue loyalty program (and newsletters) at their convenience. Application accessibility on all types of devices, laptops, tablets, smart phones. I would like to have the ability to build onto this application in future, so am thinking development in a modular format may be the way to go - Admin module; Dog Training module; Personal Training module; with potential to add on more. Am open to successful bidder's suggestions.
