Program to customize apparel (clothing)

I am looking for someone to build a site that can do most if not all of what this site can do: [login to view URL] CLick on Demo. [login to view URL] The program needs to do the following: 1. Choose a type of clothing 2. Pick colors 3. Choose striping, type of pockets, location of pockets, type of closure, ect.... other options 4. Add a logo or text 5. Options and logo should show up immediately so customer sees what they are getting 6. Order the product or a sample of the product 7. Would like to be password protected 8. Needs to be very easy to use. 9. Ability to reorder and pull up an older order or quote. 10. Pricing will automatically update as they add options ect.
