Print Monitor + Billing

Scenario: SME office with 20-30 staffs who are allowed up to 20€ worth of print per month. If any staff need to print above €20 limit, then they require to pay for it via Cash/PayPal/Credit Card. You are required to make a Print Release Station that handles: - CRUD users, ( Create, Read, Update, Delete ) - CRUD billings - Supervisor, Admin and Staff access level with each features that can be set/removed by Admin. - All variables must be able to change by admin, like Initial Credit amount, etc. - Different rate for Black & White and Color prints/copy - Different rates for A4 and A3. - Different Rate Groups per Staff ( staff: Steven is in Rate Group 1 where he pays 2cents for b/w print, while staff: Jack is in Rate Group 2, where he pays 5 cents per b/w print). Additional help for visualization: - There is just 1 print release station (computer/terminal) in the building. - Print release station sits near the printer - staffs prints from their desktop via TCP/IP network (LAN/WAN). - Staff arrives to the print release station and enters their user/pass, staff release the print, then logs out. - If staff credit is NILL or LOW, he then pays via Cash/Card/PayPal. - Staff/Admin can check daily statistics like Total Page today/yesterday/this week/ last week/this month... overall, or per staff. - Admin can release print by assigning charges to a staff. - Admin can print statistics. - Staffs can print statistics of their own account only. Print release station: - Keeps track of all pages, files, date/time, Network PC Name, Network PC's username. - has statistics - has Admin Panel - has Print Monitor Mode (default landing page when application opens), where it simply shows all prints that are On Hold with Details such as number of pages, Color/Black, A4/A3, Network PC name (NetBIOS name), Date/Time
