Local SEO for our website

We need local SEO for our website [login to view URL] We need 5 keywords optimized. These keywords will be suggested by you after you do keyword research. An example would be Saskatoon Computer company. We would prefer landing pages be developed as opposed to changing the content around ont he existing pages. We will be making some upgrades to the layout ont he current pages plus adding a few more industry specific pages, but that shouldnt affect this project. We also want things done such as proper sitemap for google, checking image alt tags, meta tags, headers, bolding, italicizing, etc etc. We expect to be at the top or very close to the top in all 5 keywords. please outline what you plan to do for each 5 keywords and how you will report those actions/results. our focus is google of course but all search engines are important. We will gauge the work off results in google. ALso state timelines as best you can. We understand this is ongoing so please state whatever structure you think will work best(monthly, 60 days, whatever)
