Geolocation chat project (1856978)

Hello, I basically just need a web based chat client / server for our site that auto adds the user to a specific chat room based on geoip and the state their in. So if a visitor comes to our site from New York (example). They then will be redirected to a chat room in New York. Serious bidders only.
