Social Engine - Disable Groups Invites

Hello, very simple task for y'all today. I need my users to have the ability to check a box and have group invites not show. This doesn't mean that they can't get invited, the invite will still exist, it will just be hidden. This means that if they turn groups back on, they'll see exisiting group invites. LOWEST BID WINS! This is urgent and I want it done in less than 24 hours. Let's do this.
