Interspire shopping cart minor design modifications

All, Need some minor cosmetic modification work done to existing interspire shopping cart software. Its quite straight forward job and doesn't requires coding as such but we need freelancer who had expirience in Big commerce or Inter-spire cart EG changing Footer style,[login to view URL] adding static image below menu like [login to view URL] Create customer service & about us page with anchor links similar to [login to view URL] Change and update current website, side menu images.
