Hi,
The redirect just isn't going to work for us. It's way slow.
The product takes 30 seconds to load. I can't sell a product that
loads that slowly.
In the meantime, I think we *might* have the correct fix.
The programmer wrote what is below. He is saying we installed
wordpress without the www or something like that. I also de-activated
the plugin that was disabling Canonical URL Redirection.
If we fix the wordpress installation like he's talking about THEN
we don't need the redirect and it should load fast, right?
Here's what the programmer wrote:
Thank you for your test and feedback. now it make sense. Your wordpress is installed without www. and we use WordPress address (URL) at WP general tab to get your WP address
[login to view URL]
basically your wordpress should redirect all traffic from [login to view URL] to getyourproduct.com. I checked your site and I am able to visit [login to view URL] and it wont redirect to getyourproduct.com.
I noticed you are using "Disable Canonical URL Redirection" plugin. this plugin removes the "Canonical URL Redirect" features of WordPress. so your wordpress wont redirect from www to without www. basically [login to view URL] is not equal to [login to view URL] its like [login to view URL] and yahoo.com. when your members do login at [login to view URL], they are not logged in at [login to view URL], so they cant access to protected file when url start with www.
it was good to know "Disable Canonical URL Redirection" plugin can effect WLM folder protection.
