Webhosting sales site to build

PROJECT DETAILS: I am a webhosting seller and i am looking for someone who can build a pofessional looking website. Features: - Nice design i.e. [login to view URL] / [login to view URL] / [login to view URL] - 4 hosting plans, domain check and registry for .com .net .org .info .us and .nl - Smart order process so when buying a hosting plan the question do you want a domain with it or otherwise. - PayPal payments monthly, quartely and yearly and wired transfer/offline transfer with invoice number i think it need to be in coop with a database - support ticket system - automated account setup i work with CPanel - If possible automated domain registry - clients must agree with the terms and conditions when ordering - knowledgebase / FAQs - About us page - network info page - contact form - A backoffice in coop with database so i can see who ordered and who has already paid and who doesnt - Site needs to be in USD and english language and people need to have the options to choose dutch with automatic Euro currency, files i can translate myself but the [login to view URL] must be already there so i only have to translate myself. - If you want to use a template this in no problem, i do however want to see the design first. If you think you can do this project dont hasitate to contact me. Maximum price i want to spend is 500,00 USD but i expect something real nice then.
