Troubleshoot phpfox site -- $40 bids only!

I have a site running phpfox that needs some adjustments. The outstanding issues are: - Video thumbnailing not working on uploaded videos - In Instant Message, the font color returns to the default everytime you send a message. - Terms of Service page seems to be missing, somehow. - Email verification not working – no emails sent to new signups. - Image verification not working – if it’s turned on, it doesn’t show any letters/numbers. - In Instant Message, two people cannot type at the same time – if I type, it stops you from typing.
