Project For "cheapestandbest"

Cheapestandbest, I have noticed you for a long time now on GAF. I finally have a project that I would love your help on. Please let me know if you are interested. 1 - I have a website template that I love. I need to have the template uploaded onto the hostserver and to receive instructions on linking the pages. 2 - I need to install a CMS solution onto that template. The CMS solution I need is ArticleLive. It would be great if you can clone ArticleLive. If not, let me know and we will work something out. With the CMS solution, I also need instructions on how to use it. 3 - Script and coding need to be kept SEO friendly as it is. (for example: Div instead of table, CSS, W3C valid with no error and no warning) Thank you for your time.
