Football (soccer) website, similar to www.as.com (En Español preferiblemente )

I am looking for someone who already has a script or has developed a football (soccer)website. I am looking for similar features as [login to view URL] I already have a design in HTML/CSS that will need to be converted to a template by you. I prefer a Spanish spoken provider, but I am open if you can provide a COMPLETE language file(s) for me to translate. I need it to be easily managed, so I'm looking for a Joomla based website, but again I am open for suggestions.
