Edit vshare youtube clone

I have a tube site that is using vshare. I need 2 modifications to be done to the script. Firstly, I would like to make a hover over thumbnail preview. When user mouseover any thumbnail, the thumbnail will show the images captured at different frames. See pornhub for details. Next I need the player to be upgraded to the latest copy of JW with the capability of showing pre-post roll ads and to stream using red5 - rtmp. Please bid if you know how to get this done. Urgent.
