Re-design & Improvement of Hotel Website

I need to have a complete re-design and re-structuring of a hotel website - new look, new colors, new scripts, new page struture. You will need to be - highly proficient in CSS design and able to design a stylish site using CSS and HTML. - know how to use Photoshop, Fireworks or Flash for graphics - able to provide and install a link management script - able to install and customise a article management script that i have so that it blends with the main site. - have some graphics experience and able to enhance images - able to look at the site and advise how I should go about mangaging the content pages in a more efficient way. - code a very very simple room enquiry form where people can select the check in/out dates and room type. Also if possible to code the backend admin for this so that we can enter rooms available. If you have done a hotel reservations/travel booking site before, this would be similar but much simpler. The website needs to be very simple, clean and modern. No flashy banners and minimal colors. Please provide your best price. I have another website to do, pending how this one goes.
