Rails (or PHP) + Twilio App

ProteinBuddy We are hiring a developer to create only the beginning of an application. If this milestone is completed well, there will be more work immediately. The requirements are as follows.... The idea of the application an automated service that calls people, and reminds them to take protein. (People who work out a lot are instructed to take at least 1gram of protein per pound of lean body mass, per day, but most struggle to remember to take enough.) The calls in the application are going to be powered by Twilio.com. You are welcome to use PHP or Rails for this project. The database should be MySQL. Details on this project are defined in the attached file. Although the activation phone call is part of this milestone, the two daily phone communications (call or text) to the user will be defined later. For completion of this project, please have this up and running on a development webserver I can access, to test its functionality as described.
