237887 PhpBB Upgrade 2.0.22 to Latest

I need someone to upgrade phpbb from 2.0.22 to the latest stable version of phpbb (3.0.2). I will provide ftp and mysql info to the current site/database. You will have to do the rest, and ensure that the final site still has all the current posts and has a similar style to it. Should be a quick and easy rating for someone.
