Need PHP / MySQL / Server EXPERT to Install LightSpeed Webstore

We need to install an application called LightSpeed Webstore on a Hostgator hosting package. We have opened a ticket with LightSpeed tech support and they are no offering suggestions or solutions to make this work. We have contacted Hostgator tech support. They did their best to help us install the software but have been unsuccessful so far. That's why we are looking for an EXPERT in PHP, servers, hosting, MySQL.
