We just installed a program which automatically creates thumbnails, converts video like Youtube, and does other functions like a media library. the auto-thumbnail function isn't working nor is the ffmpeg compression - we want the highest quality possible. We'd like someone to look at our server settings and reinstall these if necessary. As long as the plugin works as needed, we are happy. Without looking at our program, I doubt you can give an accurate estimate on this.
