I am the webmaster for the website: [login to view URL]
This site has a "Client Only" section where Property Managers for Apartment Complexes can login and generate forms through perl scripts.
For some reason, when a user generates a "Seven Day to Cure Notice", the form that generates includes all these strange characters (question mark characters in Firefox and box characters in IE), shown here:

To replicate the problem, follow these steps:
1. Go to [login to view URL]
2. Under Client Names select "Marina Del Mar"
3. For password enter "921"
4. From the Main Page click the "Fill-In Forms" and select "Seven Day Notice to Cure (Non-Compliance)"
5. You can either fill all the fields in by clicking "Start", or simply click the "View/Print" button to see the end product with the extranious characters. The characters show up whether you complete the form or not.
I would like these stray characters removed from the Seven Day Notice to Cure and the problem corrected. The other two forms in that menu (Three Day Notice and Seven Day Notice to Vacate) generate clean forms with no extra characters.
If I select you for this work, I will give you the FTP information.
