youtube search and movie ripper website

I want tobuild a website where users can search movies from youtube and then click onthe results and download the movie in various formats. In myvision the application consists of two parts built in php. The search part andthe conversion part. The searchpart should be a search field on the website that works the same as the searchfield on youtube. However it should spit out results with just the title andthe duration of the movie file. Theconversion part converts the movies to a designated format when they areclicked on and prepares them for downloading. The download will start as soonas the file is converted. The conversion can be done through opensourcesoftware like vixy ([login to view URL]). The codehas to be clean and tidy. Also I need it to be built in a way so enhancementscan be made in a later stadium. The mainpage should look like google. There will be one search field and a logo, whichwill be supplied. The resultpage should look clean and simple with the results in a list. When you click a link a preloader should appear to show you the percentagethat needs to be converted before you can download the file. The htmlshould be encoded in CSS (<div></div>) and cross browsercompatible. I amlooking for someone who can preferably built both the server side applicationand the website design and who can also install the application to a server. ?
