WoW Memory Reading

I need somebody to code me an write an example in c# how to simply read the following data from memory for the latest WoW 3.2 Client. I need to read a list of debuffs on a current selected target, The lists need to update and remove debuffs when they expire. I need to read my energy my hp and my mp i need to read a list of buffs i have on my character, the list should also remove any expired buffs. that's it. it's for a personal project of mine and i need somebodys help getting that data from the game, Id like to be able to update the pointers on my own also. thanks
