WordPress Template

A custom Wordpress theme that resembles mashable.com. I don't want it example like it but the same look and feel. It can be a dumbed down version of [login to view URL] (not all the stuff at the bottom) but very very user friendly. Lots of options using plugins to display my content with plugins? (most commented, recent articles, Digged and Tweeted posts etc). ## Deliverables I am open to any suggestions. I am new to Wordpress so I need it to be very easy for me to figure out. Below are the things I would like, I'll let you tell me the best way to do it. Flexible color schemes Tag cloud on top (right of logo) where banner usually goes Location for banner below logo and tag cloud Flexible navbar so I can add or delete Open ID for sign in - Facebook? - Yahoo - Twitter etc Comment section similar to [login to view URL] Social network icons below posts (not of front page) Twitter, Digg, Delicious, Yahoo buzz, Stumbleupon, Reddit, Share this, Technorati "Follow us" section on top right - Facebook - Twitter - Technorati, Feedburner, RSS Flexible sizes for different plugins in right column (ad banner etc) Recent / similar articles below expandable articles Search bar Retweet and Digg icon in intro on front page ( see mashable) Recommend and instill template with hosting company Please use below web addresses for social network icon vectors Author headshot with link to bio in article Author bio section Forum section if possible - If this is possible I would like a simple forum setup like on [login to view URL] <[login to view URL]> #52, #56, #2, #48, #51, #54, #57, #72, #112 <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> Like I mentioned I am open to all suggestions but want to keep with the look and feel of mashable.com. If I worded something wrong or it can't be done let me know. I don't know a lot about Wordpress or building websites. I just want to be able to login and enter content. Again, it's very important that my content is broken down into different plugins to give people a lot of options. Another I would like to know about: Is there a way users can upload pictures if I have a bracket (NCAA basketball tournament) / contest so people can vote on. If you need clarification on this please let me know. Thanks
