Wordpress site design changes

Wordpress Expert needed to implement new design on existing website without it losing its excellent search engine rankings. Once I have reviewed this I will send the URL of the site to be amended and the new design template to selected respondents so that you can submit a quote. The quote must include: 1. How you intend to make the changes 2. How long you thing the work will take (total work hours and period over which the work will be spread) 3. How much the work will cost in total.
