Website with WP automation program

I need a membership website developed that will offer subscribers access to a program which will not only install Word Press blogs/minisites for them with their hosting company but help them setup and organize the site ass well. The program you design within the site? will have the ability to automate? the set up process for WP blogs? to include plug ins, monitization (Adsense ads, affiliate links that are cloaked, Ebay and Amazon products..etc etc), link building, page creation and adding content. It should make most of these tasks a simple choice for the user (such as drop down boxes or check boxes) which allows them to avoid having to learn coding which is typically involved with WP blogs. I would want it to have all of? the typical bells and whistles that most membership sites have such as members area, customer service email, auto email, billing capabilities...etc etc

I realize this type of project would require cooperation between myself? and the programmer and need the programmer to realize that some of the details of? the project might change or grow as time passes. Because of this I know it might be difficult to bid for but once I have found the right programmer we can discuss the complete details, cost estimate and time involved.

## Deliverables

As stated above, the most important factor in this sites development (after total functionality) is that it makes WP blog/mini-site creation and instilation as easy as possible by automating as much of the process as possible, including all of? the typical things needed to set up WP blogs....plug ins, themes, pages, adding content, updating sites to newer versions of WP as they become available...etc etc

It would of course need a members area, autorespnder email, admin email and all the typical aspects of a member/submission website to include ecommerce.

I will hire the designer/company that I feel best suits the project and is capable of working with me and helping me to understand how the site works upon completion. The designer needs to be flexable, able to adapt to change and have the ability to help me to understand the different stages of the sites development. I insist on being kept in the loop during the all phases of development.
