Website overhaul and create an ecommerce application

*I have an existing ? website that needs a complete overhaul, to make sure that its working properly and make minor changes and I want to put in an ecommerce application, whereby clients can check prices of the medical products. The price is calculated from an excel data based on a factor of my cost price, and should also show the discount off average wholesale price. I should also be able to put a price or change a factor for a particular product manually. I should be able to update prices regularly by downloading the excel data. There should be a facility of sending out marketing emails to enrolled clients. Thank you.* ## Deliverables I have had a couple of discussions with coders and perhaps I need to clarify what I am looking for. Present website is [[login to view URL]][1] First of all the present website needs to be worked on such that it functions well, some mistakes have to ironed out, need to make sure it gets displayed in different isp software/resolutions, the small database of clients registered needs to be worked on and the admin panel for the back end is not very good, e.g. when people register, they type all in caps or another-all in small letters , or? the first letter in caps and remaining in small, and the database shows as such, it needs to be standardized. The database should also be able to sort alphabetically. And any other suggestions that you can come up with. Secondly i want to add an ecommerce application, whereby people are able to search for medication , and get prices. The medications are either brand meds or generic. A database for them has to be created. I have the data in excel format, which also has the cost price and an AWP (average wholesale Price). The retail price is calculated as a multiplication factor of the cost price. The factor is different for generics, and different for Brand meds. On top of that, I should be able to change the factor manually for some meds, or not use a factor at all. The price look up should look like: <[login to view URL]> Once there people should be able to search out the medication name, for example: <[login to view URL]> This shows the price in different qty, and the discount off average retail price, I would show discount off average wholesale price. I hope this gives you a better idea of what I am looking for. I would like the ability to have small pictures of medications, especially the brand meds. The retail (customers) price calculated is a multiplication factor of the cost price, and the factor is different for generics and for brand meds. I should be able to not have a factor for some meds or manually change the factor on individual meds. I need to be able to update prices automatically from an excel data. I have enclosed a demo excel file for you to look at. When we are updating the price, the cost and AWP price gets updated and based on that the retail price also gets updated. The admin for the ecommerce side should be good enough for me to get reports out, like sales done, total cost, and total sales etc. Having some discussions with coders, I think I also need a google analytical tool, so that I can target my marketing efforts. I should be able to send out mass emails to customers as well. And do some marketing through the website. Payment options: I already have a payment option on the website, and I need to add paypal as another option. I am not looking for a flashy website, it should be simple and optimized for SEO and be able to load very fast.
