Real Estate Comapny Needs an ''A-Z'' Website in Drupal or Wordpress

Real Estate Company needs a NEW website. You'll will be developing a website that is dynamic, incorporates dynamic media, interactive floor plans, MLS listings etc... We are only looking for PROFESSIONALS with a good rating. ## Deliverables We are a **real estate company** looking to hire a professional, knowledgeable person(s) to roll out a new site for us. We are open to either Drupal or Wordpress and need it to include these features: 1. Easily expandable 2. Cost effective 3. Visually appealing and easy to use 4. Search engine optimized to maximize hierarchy organically 5. Easily adjustable/internally friendly for price changes, incentive changes, artwork updates, inventory and feature changes 6. Smart phone useable 7. Interactive floorplans 8. Integrated with Buildtopia and customer interactive (including post closing service and current construction status) 9. Contains breadcrumb navigation 10. Automatic feeds from MLS inventory 11. Payment calculators 12. Links to school searches and important municipality links 13. Management reporting 14. Linked to social media 15. Use of components from our existing website 16. Timeframe for completion 17. Spanish version 18. Timeframe to complete We are also looking for post-completion support. In other words, once you have built the site and handed over the keys, we still may have questions, issues etc.. You're professionalism will be part of the decision making process.
