I need a payment gateway for my website to process credit cards.? I will send you all the payment info (contact, address, phone, CC#, EXP Date) from a form the customer fills out.?

I will then need you to write a code that will process the payment, setup recurring billing, and change a field in my DB for the customers record showing they paid.? If customer wishes to cancel their membership I will need a link that will cancel the payment and change the field in my DB to NOT ACTIVE.? I have a CC provider who has the tools to do this and need someone to put it all together.
