Hi, I need you to: 1) Research lottery softwares out there (that is the USER-FRIENDLY, easy to understand, & effective). There are MANY free-trial versions when you search on google. 2) Create a lottery software (wheeling method or any other effective method) that will work for the: - pick 3 lottery - pick 4 lottery - pick 5 lottery - pick 6 lottery - pick 7 lottery - kino - etc.. 3) Make it compatible with all 50 states in USA. 4) Create it as a WINDOWS-COMPATIBLE software & also compatible so that you can upload it on my website so that (in the future people on my website can use it on my website WITHOUT downloading to their computer). If you can do this, please PM me and I would like to know how you can do this. I would like to hear your PM first before hiring you. You have to show me some proof that you have KNOWLEDGE in this lottery software. NOTE: If you know the lottery system or familiar with it, please let me know because that will be an ADDED PLUS.
