I own a recruiting firm and currently have a website that has a 3rd party recruiting software attached to it where? I can post jobs, have candidates submit their information (resume, city, state, email, etc.).? I am looking to just replace this software with a solution that includes a searchable resume database and job posting capability.? The jobs posting feature should be designed so the job feeds go to indeed, simply hired, juju, oodle, & google base.? I am looking for a developer who has experience developing employment services related software applications that pertain to job boards for posting jobs and a searchable resume database where I can search for candidates based on a specified keyword arrangement (I will provide the tables with the specified keywords and categories).? The system would also need the ability to email candidates in the database based on their city/state and key words they have selected in the system.? When a candidate registers their information and their resume they would get an auto-responder email from the system giving them their log in information to update their resume and profile if they need to. I will provide the auto-responder email content. It would be nice if the candidates could save the jobs they have applied to in the system as well which they could view in their user profile area.? (not a neccessity though).? I want to keep the solution simple yet effective and easy for me to manage as far as new candidates that come into the system.? It would be great if? you could create a link with a report which shows me the names of the new candidates that come into the database system on a daily basis.? Finally,? ? I would need a way to upload a candidate individually into the system as well if needed. In addition, I will need to be able to upload a CSV file with specific matching fields of individual candidates into to the system as well so that I can update the new system with my old information.? ? ? ?
