installation of mediawiki(repost) (1264571)

I am looking at installing Wikihow's version of Mediawiki. It is available upon request from Wikihow (or I have a copy I can share.) I am looking at the basic install on my host. However, when I do the basic install I receive the following errors. I need someone to clean up the Open Source code to remove the errors.
