Fashion Boutique Website using thesis

Hi,
I need a small website, using thesis and wordpress. I currently have a copy of the thesis developers option, not sure if I need it though.
Any way the website URL is [login to view URL] This is currently hosted by gator host.
the website is a for a fashion boutique.
The home page should look something along these lines

I know these are quite varied however you get the idea.
And in terms of a wordpress thesis theme I dont mind [login to view URL], I like the header of that page, with the border.
In terms of page number's we need
1. Homepage - With a few nice picture Plus logo in header. Also have an introductory video on that page.
In terms of design we need something mostly borderless. Even the video. Thesis accommodate's this. The logo will be forwarded along with font after job approval. Also have a newsletter signup on the homepage... using mailchimp
2. Second page pictures of catologue similiar to <[login to view URL]>
3. Video blog... which allows updates, youtube
4. and a where are we page.. there a four shops
So basically need to agree on a theme, 4 pages including homepage, autoresponder, video blog.
