535892 PSD to HTML + PayPal API Integration

Hi, I have attached two screen shots from PSD file. PROJECT TASKS 1) Convert two PSD files to HTML/CSS (see attached). 2) Integrate Paypal API (using PHP) so that when user clicks on "Continue to Payment Screen" button they should be taken to PayPal's website to enter their credit card details.
