RSS to XML conversion (hosted)

We require the conversion of RSS feeds from the Internet newsfeed sites to XML to be displayed on small screen devices. The end devices are XML capable and would like to read RSS feeds from the internet. We would like to select what RSS feeds to view and would create a unique URL. An example of the resulting URL can be found here [login to view URL] RSS streams will be from sites like BBC and Yahoo finance. The service will run on our hosted Unix Server with a Web front-end where we can input RSS detail and the result will be unique URL. We will use a Firefox browser to access the page created.
