Zen Cart Product Catalog with 100 products

I need a product catalog website created using Zen Cart ( disabling the Prices) for a medical products website - selling wheelchairs, walkers, stools, chairs, etc. What you need to provide 1. One custom design for the home page. Must have some flash, space for video. Atleast 2-3 mocks to be provided. Be able to tweak the mockup to our satisfaction. 2. Be able to take the design, and slice and set it up as a Zen cart installation. We will provide the FTP id and password, cPanel access to the site. 3. Create Categories and sub categories as required, to Load 100 products in various product categories. Photos and specifications will be provided. 4. Add the About Us, Contact Us Forms, enquiry forms, and some other company information. 5. Make sure full testing is done and the site does not look like a zen cart template. It should look like a professional website. Please quote your best bid, along with 2 samples of your ZEN CART Work. No need to send your other websites or portfolio.
