Identical copy of my website

I want an exact duplicate in functionality of a new website. The only variances are I need a new DESIGN ONLY (we already have logo), and I need to include a shopping cart but WITHOUT credit card processing, nor linking bridge nor merchant services, as we will not be processing any payments through our cart. All we need is a "redirecting link to paypal" so the user can pay through his paypal account, and to link the current website to the one you'll be creating. The responsive app has to be included too. Some of the website you will copy is closed coded so you will need to look carefully at the functionality and code in an open format ALL THE NEW WEBSITE. I have a budget of $450.00US. Since I have to provide a user name and password so you can see the website that you will be copying; I would first like to see an example of your work. Although I am extremely please with the work of the designer that did my website; his disregard of time frames and deadlines left me no option than to search elsewhere.
