This is an advanced Drupal 7 project. The Drupal 7 architect will cleanup existing functionality and enhance key elements of the system. The current application uses the Omega 3 theme for responsive design functionality for mobile devices. The strategy is mobile design first. The enhancements relate to performance, tagging, reporting, exporting, media and searching. Drupal 7 webform integration, advanced module development, and data export integration knowledge required. The profiles and content types contain many fields which requires the architect to understand field entities and how to optimize data rendering. The system design must be fast and simple to use.
