E - For completing this project io required any paid Ad on - Developer will be buying his own. F - Whole project should be open source for further easy up gradation / modification G - All new PHP file create should have proper documentation and quoted in file. H - Project should be completed in 3 Week to go Live. I - Payment - The maximum budget f this project is us $ 750 and that is paid in 4 instalment. one - when we award the project .. Two - During the project in process of the 35 to 40% of Work. Third - When whole project is done , demo is shown and every thing is sone as describe here . 4th - 20% of the project will be released after 90 Days from the 3rd payment date. All the payment will be made to release in Escrow account only and will be released only after project delivery date + 90 days. in between if Developer want to make any payment to any one need to be arrange his/her own business capital. J - Support : Developer will be responsible 90 Day support from the date of delivery. there will be two kind of support General - within 24 hours. 2nd : Emergency - within 2 hour. Emergency support means when he whole script does not work, or some one can not make transaction etc. or some big error in home page.
