Logo & E-Commerce Site Design

I’m looking for someone to develop a logo as well as a website for a new company. The website will be an e-commerce site, however you will not be doing any database programming. I’m looking for someone to design pages that will be used in conjunction with an e-commerce program. What I will need are fully coded html pages that I will incorporate into the program. You will essentially be creating templates of each page which i will take and edit by adding lines of code. The site should use css code and not standard html ‘font’ coding. You will be required to have an attached css files where all css information is contained. In other words, if your coding a section of text, you are to use a class code and not a style code. The pages you will need to design are as follows: Home Page Main Category Screen Subcategory Screen Product Screen Basket Screen Sign-In Screen Create Account Screen Account Screen Checkout Screens (3 pages) In addition to the html pages, you will be required to create a logo. You will be given limited initial creative direction other than the company name and description. After you complete some mockups, changes will follow. You will be provided with a few websites that are meant to be examples of what other similar companies are doing. You will also be provided with general ideas as to what the ‘feel’ of the site should be. PLEASE PROVIDE EXAMPLES OF PAST WORK YOU HAVE COMPLETED. This will have significant weight on who is selected... although price is obviously a factor. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform You are to deliver all files as Photoshop psd's as well as fully coded html files. When i say 'fully coded', i mean that I don't just want a sliced photoshop file that is saved as html. If you have any questions as to what I mean by this, just ask. The logo should be delivered as an Adobe Illustrator or equivalent file.
