WordPress - Custom Post Type - Make The Links Pretty

We have a quick, simple and straight forward project for any individual that has advanced knowledge of WordPress. We have 2 problems: Problem #1 There are two custom post types that have been created but we are getting 404s when you try to visit the page that has been created. We have a desired permalink structure that we want to preserve thus keeping the links pretty. Problem #2 For one of the custom post types we have created a page that basically displays the titles of all the posts made under this specific custom post type. Currently this page does not work and needs fixing. For the individual that has a very strong and advanced understanding of WordPress, these tasks should not take very long to complete.
