What we need is a dedicated Hylafax sever to be used to receive faxes via SIP connections and deliver the received faxes via email to clients.
We have not less than 500 DID’s that are received via SIP T38 trunks. What we want is a Server that has a custom Admin webpage to add and edit the trunks.
The core server will run on a Linux OS with preference for Cent OS. Then you will need to install the Hylafax script (Unless you have a better suggestion)
Once the script is installed then you need to create a config page that allows us to add additional DID’s via SIP trunks. Also we will dedicate an email address to each Sip Trunk. This way the system works quite simply to receive faxes from incoming only SIP Trunks.
This is an incoming Fax2Email only Server.
The following options are required in the custom Admin Page:
1. Search Sip Account
2. Edit SIP Account (Allowing for change of password, email address etc)
3. Add New Account
4. Download log of all incoming calls / faxes
5. Check Status (Confirm if any SIP account failed to log in correctly. Online Status)
We will setup the base server in our datacenter and provide it with a dedicated IP and full root access to it. The project will be paid based on all the above requirements being meet only. If you are unable to make it work then the project will not pay out. We have tested that this is all possible and have a proprietary Windows Server doing this for us now. So we know the SIP DID’s and our provider are working.
