Joomla Expert Wanted! Proficient in Jomsocial & VideoWhisper

Hello, We are 1 month away from launching a DJ community website but have run into some problems that need attention. We need a Joomla Expert to help us with a few tasks. We have Videowhisper (Live Streaming Component) installed on our site along with Jomsocial. Each user has his/her own live stream on there profile pages. The first task is to create a Live Chat button beneath the live stream. That button will be linked to the VideoWhispers live stream allowing users to perform video viewing as well as live chat. We have the component running 100% but we need this bridge created so other users can access the live chat from a profile page. Second task is for our "Spotlight" members which is located on the homepage. This is simply a row of users that are "featured". Currently our problem is customizing this module and we cannot apply certain data fields beneath the avatars. What we need is a script so that we can customize the module OR custom create a new module. Third task is our "Live Streams" page. This is a page similar to [login to view URL] Currently our site has a page like this which displays users that are using the VideoWhisper component and live on cam. What we need is for online members avatars to be shown on this page and when you hover the avatar, a popup will appear with the videowhisper stream showing that the user is live on cam. So the action is from the avatar to the live stream. Then when a user clicks on the avatar, that would bring the user to the members live stream. These are basic run downs of our problems.
