Joomla Admin Component for Existing Tables

We have existing tables (6) that hold data for a small app, the tables currently sit in the J DB ( Joomla [login to view URL] ), we would need get an admin (component) for these tables. The main table "listing" pulls in data from other tables for the drop downs and images related to the item listing, also there is a default image related to the listing and User to each listing. This is the first faze of the component, if the component is coded well we would go for the second faze. We are developers and have no time to build this at the moment, if the candidate works out well we will send any other overflow to them. All code must run under our SVN and our testing servers. Code will be revised daily and the developer must be able to communicate via skype for daily revisions.
