I am looking for help with a tight deadline ---MUST BE competent in JOOMLA 2.5 --- I have been left hung out to dry with the previous freelancer with an incomplete project. Specifically completing a custom joomla template and CSS behind it. 80% of the job is finished with remaining portions being small alterations of existing pages and 1 page that needs a tie in to a photo gallery and additional sub menu.
