Complete Website - Barter

This project is to build a complete website from start to finish. "Swap Bank" This is like a barter / trade website. The website if for people to swap things they would like to get rid off, and swap bank acts as a bank. For example Lady A , wants to swap her old cloths. She posts them on the Swap Bank website for sale. But instead of getting cash for her items she gets Swap Bank Credits. One Swap Bank Credit is equal to one Dollar. Say the items cost $100 and is purchased by Lady B, well $100 Swap Bank credits go from Lady B's Swap Bank Account into Lady A's Swap Bank account. Lady A can then use these credits to buy of any other member. Members must be able to purchase Swap Bank Credits with cash also. This must be a full website where members can look up their account balance and transactions they have made. Items must be able to be posted into the online shop - which must have categories and full search functionality. Also when members spend their Swap Bank Credits there is a fee of 10% per purchase paid via paypal - paid to Swap Bank. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask
