WANTED : Facebook API, PHP Programer

Hi Freelancer, I am looking for a PHP and Facebook API programmer for the below work. Requirements 1. read email from txt file 2. call FB API and process data (check if the email has a profile in Facebook, if it has it will get the First Name, Last Name, Facebook ID, sex, facebook email ) 3. write processed data to CSV file 4. show the status of current process. ( basically show on screen what data its processing. Programmer must make sure the facebook doesnt blacklist the FB Account or block the IP, so necessary precautions must be taken.
