Referal System -Wordpress Plugin or stand alone web based control panel

Looking to have a customer referral system setup for small business to allow their customers to send offers to their friends and family from with a mobile friendly web page. The web page will be referenced within a mobile app. This system will need to support multiple business through multiple logins that the administrator will create. The offers will be sent from within the app via email or posted on social media. All actions will need be to be tracked and logged (the referral and the redemption of the offer) as this will allow the user to accumulate points. A CMS control panel will be necessary to allow the business owner to modify the offer and view track and adjust the tracked points of each customer. All offers will have 3 components that the business owner can setup. This will be the outside facing webpage that the mobile app will reference. -The Offer (text message) with a WYSIWYG editor. -The ability to upload and store an image (the coupon) -A unique QR code that will be generated by this system. This will track the user generating the referral and the redemption. The offer will be redeemed by the business by scanning the QR code. In addition to the user seeing the offer to send they will need to know how many points they have accumulated for each referral so they should also be able to see a table of transaction that will show them an itemized point accrual.
