Page script similar to myspace friend adder

I am looking for a person who knows how to build a simple page spider that can run from Desktop,

Interval must be added between page visit,

Step 1 -

Step 2-

Scan and pick up Links after a specific text string such as :

Step 3-

Ping those pages and select a specific text string javascript text

Then Move on to next link from step 2 -
